Bruce Willis and his wife Emma Heming are downsizing. The couple  recently snapped up an Upper West Side  condominium by Lincoln Center for $7.9 million that, at 3,055 -square-feet, is nearly half the size of their previous Central Park-adjacent home, a duplex that ran 6,000 -square-feet. The 37th-floor apartment has four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, and is flooded with plenty of natural light, due to 10.5 -floor ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The condo features a living and dining room combination that extends more than 32 feet through the space, with a separate eat-in kitchen good for more casual dinners at home. The kitchen’s amenities include imported walnut cabinetry, slab marble countertops, and polished chrome fixtures.

The condo’s master suite includes a separate dressing area, a walk -in closet, and a bathroom with a heated marble floor, plus a double-sink vanity and a two-person soaking tub that sits in front of a number of floor -to-ceiling glass panels. The other three guest bedrooms are also all en -suite. The Willis’s new home comes just weeks after they sold off their Central Park West property, which found a buyer in less than a week after they listed it. Ann Cutbill Lenane of Douglas Elliman represented the Willises, and the listing agents were John Gomes and Fredrik Eklund from the Eklund Gomes Team at Elliman.
